This may change later depending on the attendance level. We will, however, record the conference sessions. The recordings will be available for purchase after the conference. For the Awards Dinner Gala, the dress code is typically semi-formal attire, providing an opportunity for attendees to dress up for the special occasion. Semi-formal attire includes dresses, suits, or dressy separates for women, and dress shirts with ties, dress pants, and dress shoes for men.
During the social events, such as the Sand Castle Lessons and Dolphin Watch Tour, casual and comfortable clothing, such as shorts, t-shirts, and comfortable shoes, is recommended, as some of the activities may take place outdoors.

- If you are not located in Texas, it is recommended to arrive on Saturday, April 25, 2026. If you don’t participate in the social events, you can join us on April 26th around noon.
- For attendees located in Texas, you may choose to arrive in the morning or afternoon of April 26, depending on whether you’d like to participate in the social events and afternoon technical sessions.

Departure Information:
- The event will conclude at around 4 pm on Tuesdaay, April 28, 2026.
- It is recommended to plan your departure for the evening of Tuesday, April 28, or Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

If you wish to arrive earlier, you have the flexibility to do so. During the registration process, you can book your hotel room from April 25 to 28 at the special conference rates. You may contact the hotel directly to make any adjustments to your reservation.
Keep in mind that the hotel rates for the additional nights before April 25 and after April 28 may differ. It is advisable to check with the hotel about the rates and availability for the extended stay (if you cannot book for additional nights via the booking link that we provide) to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
